Tomatoes

Tomatoes are usually used as a vegetable in dishes but they are technically a fruit, actually, a berry. There are many different sizes and shapes like cherry tomatoes or beefsteak tomatoes. Plus they have a wide variety of uses including, but not limited to: sauces, salads, pizza toppings, vegetable dishes, and more.

There are two types of tomato plants: determinate and indeterminate. Determinate plants produce one crop at the end of their growing season, while indeterminate plants can continue to produce tomatoes throughout the growing season with proper care.
